a Japanese Ikebanist in Luxembourg

I started my career as a banker and have always stayed in a corporate environment. 

I gave birth to three wonderful children. However, it was not easy to keep the balance between work and personal life.

 After 16 years of working, I have decided to take a career break and that was when I met with Ikebana. 

I studied Ikebana at the Sogetsu School in Akasaka, Tokyo and acquired a teaching degree. 

Ikebana gave me not only a peace of mind, but it has changed my way of living. 

I now work in a local flower shop in Luxembourg and teach Ikebana to adults and kids. 

I also work closely with the Japanese Embassy in Luxembourg and support corporates with their company events. 

It is my joy to meet new people through Ikebana - flower is my passion.
